What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to invest my pension money until I retire.

Darren was great from the very beginning. I was new to the subject, I did not understand the jargon. He was calm, patient, polite throughout. Darren's vast knowledge and ability to epxlain complex notions helped me to undestand what I needed to make my own decisions. I very highly recommend Darren.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

As far as the paperwork for the investing my pension goes -yes.

What could they have done better?

As the whole process is scary to a lay-person, it was a bit worried that Darren's company does not have an office. after the first few minutes, I knew that I can trust Darren and the next meeting took place in my home. The initial step was a leap of faith in my case because of that. If this could improve (I am asking a lot here, having an office is very expensive), it would make the company more trustworthy. However, I have to emphasise that Darren's lovely manners and knowledge quickly put me at ease.
