I was with Dax previously and transferred to Lee.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

In 2017 my husbands work's pension scheme, who worked with the company prior to Ellis Bates made an appointment to discuss some changes to the scheme. When he had his review appointment with Ray who was then the advisor I asked if he would help with my previous works pension which had been frozen from when I was made redundant in 1999. I wanted to look at my options following a health scare to access the pension.

Since becoming our adviser Lee has offered excellent service, advice and support at all times. He is friendly and approachable while always remaining professional. He listens and answers all of our questions and concerns in easy to understand terms and language and is happy to go back over things as many times as needed if we done quite get it.

I had small pensions in a range of previous employment that when I retired needed bringing together added to having a small inheritance ands I wanted advice as to how best to manage it and bring it into one place.

lee has been very helpful, advising I feel for my best needs, he has been patient in explaining anything I doing understand and I feel confident in his advice.

yes I think so, I realise things go up and down and of recent years the world stage as such has been turbulent, however I feel lee has kept my funds as safe as possible and they have improved more than I think would have done on high street savings banks.

What could they have done better?

I can't think of anything I'm quite happy with the service

Inheritance money.

By discussing with me the different investments, based on my risk assessment figure, therefore tailoring investments to my personal requirements.

My wife and I had a number of pensions we wanted consolidated.

Im not retired just yet, but we seem to have made sound financial gain over the last year with the Parmenion Plan.
