About Dan In 2004, Dan graduated from Cardiff University with an Honours degree in Business Administration. Between 2004 - 2007, Dan provided advice and guidance on mortgage, equity release and insurance solutions. Between 2007 and 2014 worked for Lloyds Banking Group, advising clients in Bristol and South Wales. Dan worked within Lloyds Private Banking’s Wealth Management team and was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients. In 2014, Dan took voluntary redundancy. Between 2014 and 2016, Dan partnered with national advice network, True Potential, and established a network of local professionals, providers, product specialists and investment managers. In 2016, Dan co-founded independent advice firm Hartley Ross with Luke Hartley. Hartley Ross have in-house specialists for investing, retirement planning, mortgage arranging, equity release and insurance arranging. They have professional links with conveyancers, brokers, will writers, solicitors and accountants; providing you with a one-stop shop for all of your financial needs.
