What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was considering a house move and wanted to investigate my affordability.

How has Mark Bell helped you?

Mark was able to help me work out a detailed monthly budget and help suggest average costs in areas I'm not great at keeping track of. He was able to suggest a number of lenders based on the benefits of the offer given by each, he then recommended the one that fitted our current needs best. He looked at the current life protection we have in place and suggested an additional policy that is in place to protect our daughter if anything were to happen to either myself or my husband, which we had not considered before.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am due to move in to my new property this week! Yes, everything has went extremely smoothly and any queries were no hassle.

What could they have done better?

Genuinely happy with the full service I received.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Due to problems with credit history in the past and really lack of knowledge on how the market worked we looked up a mortgage advisor and read a few reviews and came across Mark.

How has Mark Bell helped you?

He provided us with the knowledge we needed and secured us a mortgage offer in just 4 Days from start to finish.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, Mark has been Great ,extremely friendly, knowledgeable and got us a great deal. I could not recommend him enough.

What could they have done better?

Mark really bent over backwards for us, even messaging me over the weekend in order to secure details he needed. He couldn't improve the service in my opinion.

How has Mark Bell helped you?

Mark knows this field very well. He is patient and explains everything into great detail. Even questions they may seem stupid or have been asked before, he is happy to answer. He has found us a great mortgage deal and worked very hard to find us the best insurance considering my partners health. Mark is always avaiable to take calls at any time and we couldn't have done this process without him. Trying to buy your first house is stressdull, but Mark has made it so much easier for us.

How has Mark Bell helped you?

We would recommend Mark to anyone. Mark helped us find our first home and even ensured that we did not purchase a house that would have left us in negative enquity. We have reviewed our mortgage twice and Mark has been really helpful and friendly each time. His advise s free as the companies he recommends pay him commission if you next out there product however his advise is still very honest and clear. We have used him and he advised not change mortgages meaning he had met with us completely free and in his own time.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with during our recent house purchase and an attempted purchase before it. He's very approachable, polite and keeps on top of things providing regular updates and answering queries quickly. All of the mortgage advice provided to us was tailored to our situation and using his knowledge of the various providers I know we were lined up with the best product to meet our needs. We were offered invaluable advice prior to making any offers as to how lenders and banks work with awkward situations such as repossessions which assisted us greatly in knowing how to approach these things. Mark was able to scour the mortgage market for mortgages that suited our particular circumstances and budget. He was also able to offer advice in areas of the mortgage market where many of the banks don't operate i.e. Self Build mortgages.
