From the first contact, Ben was responsive, professional, and very easy to talk to. The advice was clear, thoughtful, and clearly based on long-term planning rather than short-term gains. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on overall wellbeing — not just financial outcomes, but health, balance, and quality of life. Add to that lovely premises and a genuinely caring approach, and it’s clear this is someone who truly wants to make a positive difference.

Ben has been hugely supportive not just for advice and the nuts and bolts of financial support but also how much he really cares about making the difference for our family across 3 generations in what has been a challenging 12 months. Would recommend his services and support to anyone who requires it. More than an 'expert.' Someone who shows genuine care in his work and relationships.

How has Benjamin Clay helped you since your last review?
Ben has been our financial planner for 4yrs now and in that time Ben has worked hard to get to know the people behind the figures so he can understand what makes us tick which is especially important when it comes to financial mentoring. We recently made the decision to emigrate and Ben really helped us to weigh up the pros and cons (and not just the financial ones) so that we could make an informed decision. Engaging with Ben was the best decision we have made as we work so hard for our money but had no idea how to look after it so now we have someone doing that for us.
