What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My previous advisor failed to review regularly. His interest in my financial situation was apparently ZERO. Petra, by contrast, is obviously highly motivated and it is quite evident that she knows her stuff. Not only extremely competent, but also connects with her clients on a human level.

Originally took out a pension which I believe would be available to drawdown at sixty five. It subsequently turned out that this was not the case as the pension plan was locked and would require a transfer upon maturity. Petra was able to explain my options simply and following a thorough review of my affairs was able to advise me of my best course of action. Not only did Petra find a suitable replacement. I am now seeing a good growth on my monies and am able to draw funds as and when I need to

I new that at aged 55 I was able to do things with my pensions. went to pension wise , talked to a couple of advisors, I was most comfortable With Petra. She gave me good advice , and confidence to move multiple policies into one account. She is friendy and easy to talk to, very good at explaining to me, and putting my mind at ease with somthing Im not very confident with.
