What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I retired in 2001 and had Bob Little & Co recommended to me and have been with the company ever since.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

27 years ago I inherited a share of the sale of my late Mother's property. I wanted to invest the proceeds long term. I sought advice off Bob Little the founding father of Bob Little & Co. The whole ethos of the Company has been honest, reliable, and professional advice given in a friendly, easy to understand, courteous manner.

How has Robert Little helped you?

Robert is following in his father's footsteps, continuing to give good advice on my investments. Moving funds around so as to get maximum growth. Now that I am of retirement age, it's given me a sound financial base for later life.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

As you must have seen on T.V. "It does exactly as it says on the tin".

What could they have done better?

I don't think Robert could have done much better. My investments have consistently, over many years given me a far better return than the Banks or Building Societies.

Initially advised by Robert's late Father when we needed advice relating to early retirement and investing for the future. When Robert seamlessly took over the business we were very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

It was a very long time ago that we became customers of Bob Little & Co Ltd (over 25 years) so cannot remember the original reason but we have never regretted it. I believe we initially looked to invest in PEP's when they were on the go and have continued to invest with them ever since in ISA's. We have taken advice about mortgages, insurances, investments and pension transfers which have all been handled in a professional and friendly manner.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I am a single professional mother who wanted to provide a financial future for myself & my 9 year son's edcucation but with limited knowledge of pensions, savings & Investment matters. But being a single parent meant I needed Financal advise from a company I could place my complete trust in. I was recmmoneded to Bob Little & Co by a colleage back in 2004, after an initial telephone converstation I felt that this company could offer me the advice & financial planning I needed. I then became a client of theirs,as I live a long distance away from the office every decicision I made had to be done using post and telephone, but this in no way affected the customer service I was given. Under Robert Little's guidance, he & his staff have provided me with advice & information regarding all of my investments regardless of how little or large I was planning to invest. Now 12 years down the line I am in a position where I have a very healthy portfolio & a secure future of myself & my son (who is now studying at Brighton Univeristy).

I required a mortgage and with this investments. I also wanted advice on my private pension provision.

Gave impartial advice on the products that I required and looking at my personal and financial circumstances ,offered me the best options to suit me.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

My mortgage has been kept at an affordable level since taking it out. Investments have moved forward., but at a slower rate than I would have liked. This is however down to the overall state of the economy and a general slowing of the stock market in the last five years, than the products offered.

What could they have done better?

I am happy with the advice and have recently changed my investments inline with my financial requirements, with Roberts advice and I cannot think of any short oming in what I have been offered, or the manner in which I have been looked after.

I have been a client for many, many years. Initially to investment money. I have a financial and investment review every year.

Reviewed and discussed: my current finiancial and personal situation: my investments and how they have performed: whether I was happy with the levels of risk etc: my pension investments and growth. Robert also answered my questions regarding my current mortgage, explained and advised on options. Re-calculated and discussed the current value of my portfolio. We also discussed the future eg my retirement etc.

Yes. I learnt so much from Robert's father, Bob Little when he was my Advisor, so I am realistic about the world economy and how investments can fall and rise, especially recently.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We had money that was not doing much, so we decided it would be better if we looked towards someone who could be better placed to give us a more secure financial return.

How has Robert Little helped you?

Robert explained everything to our satisfaction, and understood what we were wanting and needed from our investment. He also managed to release one of our Occupational Pensions early, to help in our every day needs, as we both took early retirement.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

20 years ago I received a substantial golden handshake from my long time employer. I sought advice and was recommended Roberts father to advise me and invest with. Subsequently Robert, seamlessly, took over the management of his fathers business ( a tough act to follow ) and myself and my wife have been more than satisfied with the very professional manner of Robert.

How has Robert Little helped you?

Most recently, when we retired and moved back to England from living in Dubai, Robert worked with us with our additional investments, getting a mortgage, all our insurances and other aspects of moving from one country to another. He has continued to be a support to us in all our financial matters. Robert has very good communicative skills, very knowledgeable with his subject, explains in lay mans terms and is very personable.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Very much yes. With the advice and help from Robert over the years I am financially secure in my retirement and more importantly for my wife who is a lot younger than me, her future is secure as well.

What could they have done better?

Really difficult question to respond to with my limited financial investment knowledge, however I am more than confident and satisfied that, for a relatively young man (with an old head on his shoulders), Robert has made myself and my wife very comfortable with our lives.
