What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My original financial planner retired, his client base was bought by Kevins company and therefore I had some concerns initially, however I’ve been really happy with Kevins advice and im very happy with the service and guidance provided for myself and other family members.

He has given financial advice, pension advice and moved some investments into other platforms to improve their performance or minimise charges etc.

yes, my current outcomes are positive

What could they have done better?

nothing at this stage. Kevin and the team are available as and when i have had reason to email or call, especially in the initial set up.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

This was originally as part of my company pension scheme. It was suggested that a financial advisor could help organise and plan for my future which is something i thought i needed help with. My pensions from past companies were not being monitored and some were frozen. This was also something i was not confident in dealing with myself.

How has Kevin Tutt helped you?

Since Kevin has taken over looking after my Financial wellbeing and finances, I now feel confident that all of my past pensions are working for me. He has changed my original plan, called Fundment, and transfered them into prospective. This has cut my annual costs and also has a good chance of increasing my returns. I am very now happy in the knowledge that my money is working for me. Last year I was made redundant and took the chance of early retirement. Kevin has given me great advice about my annual tax allowance and organised a monthly drawdown payment into my bank account from my pension pot. I now have a greater understanding of how pensions work and the pros and cons of withdrawing money , either tax free or taxed.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. Even in these uncertain times in world affairs, my pension seems to be still working for me. When you might expect things to take a turn for the worse, the value of my pension Pot seems not to have been affected. I can also see the reduction in my costs which are very competetive with other providers.

What could they have done better?

There is not much that could improve. I just wish I was working with Kevin sooner than I did.

He took over my finances from a previous long term IFA. I was happy with the smooth transition and his in-depth knowledge of my situation.

I continue to meet with him and am happy going forwards.

As far as I am aware, Kevin has answered all my questions satisfactorily and I am very happy he is my adviser.
