I had a Pension Pot, was planning retirement and had little knowledge on how best to make my pot of money work for me when no longer working.

Yes. Lorraine stepped into the big shoes of my previous very well respected advisor who left the company for pastures new. He was a very hard act to follow yet Lorraine has admirably taken on the challenge of replacing him and she has significantly impressed me. Lorraine has evidenced her requisite knowledge. She is sincere, listens & is responsive in advising appropriately & timely. Lorraine demonstrates integrity, is assuring and I trust her implicitly. Meanwhile my investments have grown and I truly enjoy the outcome I desired.

Lorraine has been very helpful with responding promptly to my enquiries and to any contribution/withdrawal requests. She has also provided financial projections for our retirement.
