I have been a financial adviser since 1996 having previously worked for Yorkshire Bank then qualifying with The Co-Operative Insurance Society. I left in 2006 to become an Independent Financial Adviser and have never looked back! My particular areas of interest are investments and pensions - both pre and post retirement. I have focused my study around retirement planning since 2008 and consider this to be my specialty. I get great satisfaction from helping people make good choices leading up to retirement and continue the good work for those requiring service into retirement i.e. with our Flexi-Access Drawdown clients. Our long term goal is to be your “trusted advisor”. My spare time tends to revolve around family and fitness (and in that order for now). I enjoying racing multiple distance on trail, road and in open water. I am very proud to represent Selby Striders running club and Lion Squad for multisport, where my training has progressed to full distance triathlon, most recently completing Lanzarote Ironman (2025).
