What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Robin was my Mother's advisor so it made sense to work with him when I needed more than informal guidance.
How has Robin Clarke helped you?
Robin has helped with financial planning to ensure available funds for my Mother's care needs and for my future circumstances. He is now helping me deal with inheritance matters. It has been very good to have a personal relationship with continuity and understanding which can be quite rare in services these days.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. Its not a single outcome - its more ongoing advice on financial matters where my levels of understanding and interest are limited.
What could they have done better?
Nothing that I can think of. Re. below question on circumstance about recommendation - I wouldn't be 'passionate' about recommending a financial advisor, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robin.
