We quickly struck up a great relationship. Andy was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and accommodated my questions really well - he inspired confidence. He used online models to demonstrate the pros & cons of options, which really helped. We agreed a short term action plan, and he followed up quickly with a document bundle and illustrations we discussed. He phoned a couple of times to clarify a couple of points that helped him progress. He has done what he said he would do. Excellent service.

I was approaching retirement and had several policies from my workplace pension and found although the provider supplied lots of information on the retirement options, they were not able provide the help I needed to make this important decision.

At the beginning I felt overwhelmed by the process. But after Andy's first visit I was relieved, I realized he was able to steer me through the best options relating to each of the policies, which were not all the same and each needed individual attention. He looked at my finances and my expectations from the policies and was able put a package together which would fulfill this.

Yes, thus far all is going to plan

Nothing springs to mind , I don't have any complaints, I am very satisfied
