Many years passed spoke to an adviser at Yorkshire Building Society to make the most of my savings continued with them as the advisers moved on.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was combining multiple frozen pensions and one was an old guaranteed minimum pension scheme which I required financial advice on what to do with it. I found Ellis Bates and Andrew is the 3rd Financial adviser that I have had through them.
How has Andy Conally helped you?
Andrew does my pension review every year and advises on if anything needs to be changed. He’s also provided cash flow models for me to illustrate my potential pension on retirement which is really helpful.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The portfolio has had some ups and downs due to world events but is performing well at the moment.
What could they have done better?
I have no complaints. I feel that everything has been handled really well.
