What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
The company I worked for used Ellis Bates and after a short time Dawn took on our accounts.
How has Dawn Elkington helped you?
She advised on my pension. She also helped when I consolidated pensions. She also advised on how to maximise tax issues through taking my wife's tax allowances. When we retired she helped in claiming our government pension.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes.
What could they have done better?
Not a lot. I am very happy with the service.

How has Dawn Elkington helped you?
Dawn has looked after my portfolio for many years. We have met for annual reviews and she has explained my financial position in a way I could understand. I have been able to contact her for advice on my work pension as I got nearer to retirement.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, the investment I made with her has done very well over the years. I am more than pleased with her services.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Yorkshire Building Society stopped providing Financial planning and we were recommended to small advisory Company. Ellis Bates then took over this company and that's when we first met with Dawn
How has Dawn Elkington helped you?
She originally helped us to invest our savings, and helped us to change part of the investment that gave a better return. She has advised us about house ownership and Power of Attorney.
