I had a large pension fund in 2006 and wanted to invest it where it would grow over the years. Lee recommended some structured products to me 19 years ago. Since then my pension funds have grown significantly since then.

How has Lee Millard helped you?

Lee is a totally professional IFA, I have dealt with a few IFA's over the years and have found Lee to be very efficient, on time and his knowledge of all products on the market is quiet impressive. He knows what I want in financial terms & planning for growth. He will suggest good options and products to me and my wife. We would then come to a common investment plan for the pension funds to grow.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely, I have seen my fund grown since 2006 something like 300%. We meet twice a year to plan for growth and Lee and his back office team are always available to answer any concerns or queries we might have regarding product choice or how the plan is performing. The office team are also well knowledgeable regarding products.

What could they have done better?

Seriously, I really don't have any complains or suggestions at the moment as we as clients can't fault Lee or his team on client-IFA advisor relationship. I hope the level of service we receive long continues well into the future.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I took redundancy over 14 years ago and wanted advise on investing the redundancy payment.

Provided advice on investing my Pension Lump sum and other investments I took out over a number of years (ISAs and Bonds)

I have seen my investments increase in value and am very happy with the advice I receive in terms of managing my investments.

Nothing that I can think of.

The adviser I had was not providing value for money

A value for money service first of all. The investment advice and management of my pension provided growth in my portfolio which will fund my retirement for the foreseeable future. I no longer worry about my pension and long term financial security.

Definitely. It has exceeded my expectations by a huge amount

What could they have done better?

Difficult to say. Sometimes the communication with pension providers is not perfect but Lee and Admin support work to overcome any problems.
