What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I decided that I would like to start saving for a morgage and contacted Sam for some advice.

How has Samuel Warren helped you?

He helped me set out a plan to get my morgage. Also while this was processing we went through different options for insurances that I would need.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I couldn't of been happier. Being self employed and looking to buy a property alone, I did worry that I may struggle to do so. With Sams advice and guidance, it made it possible. Also having Sam help really took a lot of the stress away.

What could they have done better?

I couldn't fault Sam at all. He was extremely helpful and professional. Also very quick with responding which again helped a lot.

The previous advisor committed suicide which witch did not give me confidence for my investments.

Looked at the past growth of the funds and advised better investments with all levels of risks attached with them. Looked at my fragmented pension pots and advised best actions to take in trying to consolidate them.

I have had a financial adviser since I was 19 .Malcolm Warren first then his son Sam .

Before and after my husband passed away from a brain tumour Sam has looked after my finances and gave me the best advise as I was clueless .

Yes .When I was diagnosed with breast cancer Sam was there to help me with my finances he understood my problem .

Sam is an excellent adviser I would recommend him ..He understands customers needs .

Had some excess funds after house sale and Sam talked us through our options.

How has Samuel Warren helped you?

After guiding us through our options Sam left us to talk them through then contacted us again after a few days to ask our decision. He has kept us informed ever since.

Absolutely, and it’s ongoing.

What could they have done better?

Sam has never been ‘pushy’, which is much appreciated. In the past, with other advisors, we have felt as if we HAD to invest with that person/company. In our opinion Sam has only ever been honest with us. He is a very friendly and approachable person.

I had a company pension that was tied up and Sam found out that it was good idea to leave until I became 65 I had to take early retirement to look after my wife and Sam gave us confidence to do this and am I pleaded he did he is outstanding and always keeps InTouch.

As above he has also invested my saving and advised me to be confident with our equity.he and his team are always available and friendly to speak to.

Being Self employed wanted to make sure I had a good policy in place in case I am unable to work due to illness , after looking myself I realised it was a minefield with different types of plans.

Sam explained to me all the different types of plans available and I now have a plan that provides me with peace of mind.

Money left to me. My Brother is a Client of Samuel's and is very happy with the results, which is why I picked him. Word of mouth is always a good recommendation. Samuel has been my Financial Advisor since 2011.

Helped me invest an inheritance into a well established Company that I felt safe with. Arranged a really good ISA deal. Re-arranged an old pension plan I had to a much better plan, enabling me to retire earlier.
