I have had several financial discussions with Andrew, both face to face and by phone. Andrew has always been helpful and explains his advice carefully, as I am not a financial wizard. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Honestly no, I am no better off then when I started but I understood that risk before beginning. The market in 2018 has been extremely volatile but I have confidence that with Andrew's help, I will get to where I would like to be in the 10 year timescale.

What could they have done better?

Not much really. Unless he has a crystal ball which he didn't tell me about. He has been a calming while attentive adviser. He has made long trips to visit my partner and I in our home for multiple hours at a time and responded to questions in a timely way.
