I inherited a lump sum from my mum’s estate. Plus I was unhappy with the service and communication with my previous financial advisor
How has Karl Fenton helped you?
Karl conducted a thorough initial review of my existing investments and pensions. As well as finding out more about my future wishes with regard investing, drawing income from pensions and making gifts to my family. He has made recommendations for the best way to invest my money and given me full information about the costs for doing this versus the previous company I used. He has always been prompt in responding to my questions and providing the information I need. In the past he has supported me in dealing with my mum’s financial affairs too.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I have received prompt responses to my queries as well as thorough meetings to discuss and review my financial situation. Karl has shown good understanding of my needs and the pensions / investments that I already have. I am happy with the service I have received so far.
What could they have done better?
On one occasion, it took some time to invest money from my mum’s house sale, however I believe this was due to reviewing alternatives for the investment and also a delay in my completing paperwork for this due to me being out of the UK at the time.
