The recent remortgaging process seemed extremely tedious - there was technical hitches, duplicate applications and very poor customer service and efficiency from optima legal. In all, the process took nearly 3 months, and many thngs had to be done twice or three times over. Documents were also lost (did not arrive?) with optima legal.

We moved from Marlborough to Shaftesbury and didn't want to travel for financial advice beyond our local area.

How has Richard Odell helped you?

Richard suggested a change of investment fund. This was due to the fact that I had converted my pension back into cash before Brexit and was only receiving 0.25% pa return. I wanted it back in stocks and shares and Richard did exactly that for me. I have been made aware of the potential returns and completed all the requisite risk analysis forms.
