What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I don't feel that I need financial "advice". I initially wanted somebody to be able to invest my savings somewhere that would make me more money than the paltry interest rates on offer on the High Street.

Yes.

What could they have done better?

No idea.

I was not seeking an advisor but my previous adviser retired and Callum took over my account.

How has Callum Warner helped you?

Callum Warner has increased my understanding of financial matters, in particular risk analysis, and the need for a balanced porfolio. I have confidence in his advice and this has been proved by the increase value of funds held. Planning advise for the future is kept under review and a thorough annual review meeting held.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am very satisfied with the outcome of my investment to date.

Help to manage money efficiently and profitably.

How has Callum Warner helped you?

Callum has provided good advice, as did his predecessors. He has always responded quickly and appropriately to my requests for information, etc.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

In part, always set possibly unobtainable targets.

What could they have done better?

In te future I will be sorry not to have an annual face to face meeting with Callum. Telephone and Zoom are never as effective at providing full discussions.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was with a different company/advisor for ten years, who retired and whose work was taken over by Argentis and Callum. My initial purpose was to get financial investment advice.

How has Callum Warner helped you?

He has helped with discussions on investment, pension and inheritance planning. On top of this, he has helped to facilitate some very complicated financial reporting needed for my US tax obligations.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We're not yet at a stage where outcomes are fully defined in terms of pension, investment, retirement income etc. And there is still one round of US taxes still to be navigated. But everything seems to be on the right track.

What could they have done better?

There have been times when Callum could have responded more quickly but overall he's been very helpful.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Planning retirements / pensions. General advice on savings, ISA's and pensions. Specifically needs on a Trust fund.

How has Callum Warner helped you?

In all areas financially and has provided good clarity and guidance.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, good growth. Resolved a number of issues regarding Pension transfers etc

What could they have done better?

Nothing. Service has been exceptional.
