What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I approached Simon in January for advice regarding my mortgage. It needed to be renewed in June and with the current rates of inflation and market uncertainty I was unsure how best to proceed.

How has Simon Mayo helped you?

Simon assured me he would look at the whole of the market and keep checking and updating until he could lock in a mortgage that was affordable and would meet my list of requirements. His communication was fantastic. He kept me completely up to date and relayed everything in laments terms, ensuring I fully understood and was completely happy.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Simon exceeded my expections. After initially agreeing to a mortgage that was suitable, he continued to check the whole of the market regularly, and managed to secure an even better rate. I am extremely pleased with the final mortgage agreed on.

The conveyancing firm they recommended was not great and I hear BetterMortgage is no longer recommending them.
