Gemma, immediately put me at ease, listened intently to what i had to say, when it came to the monetary side of things, i told Gemna my plans and she instantly told me a better way of dealing with my finances. Initial call was with regard to pensions. Gemma,s advice was clear and concise which properly put me at ease that i would now be doing the right thing. Will hopefully be seeing Gemma again in two years upon my retirement.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My previous financial adviser recently retired and arranged for AFH Wealth Management advisers to support his clients.

How has Gemma Clarkson helped you?

Gemma became my new financial adviser and has been managing the changeover. She has been extremely professional, very pleasant to deal with and I feel comfortable in her support.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I'm very pleased that the changeover process went so smoothly and that I can rely on Gemma to guide me and oversee my interests.

I found Gemma very easy to talk to. She was very polite and made me feel at ease straight away. She appeared very interested in what I mentioned and was responsive asking sensitive questions.

Gemma was very professional in providing all the relevant information appertaining to my portfolio. I felt quite at ease and didnt feel presured in any way whilst in our meeting. I was impressed with the service Gemma provided and would recommend her services to those who maybe considering their insurance requirements.
