What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Emma succeeded previous advisors at Black Swan/Shackleton.
How has Emma Parla helped you?
She has improved the medium term aims of my pension investments and income needs and has given good advice on IHT. She has also carried out a transfer of my SIPP to an improved platform.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, the procedural work was done very well.

Emma contacted me to introduce herself as she has recently taken control of my finances as my previous advisor has now left the company

With my previous advisor I felt very disappointed with the lack of interaction and advice. I do appreciate that thingsvare pretty much static at the moment due to world events and which no-one could have foreseen, and in no way reflect my dealings with Emma
