We needed advice on where are finances stood and how we should manage it moving forward.

How has Al Spall helped you?

His is so knowledgeable and explains everything involved at our level, for us to understand. He has consolidated and reinvested my pension pots and set up an ISA.

Yes, we have passed through our first year of investing with Al and are pleased with the results.

What could they have done better?

Nothing additionaly can be done, as Al has been very thorough and professional, covering all aspects of our finances. He has always made himself available to answer questions which he responded to quickly.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was unhappy with my financial adviser. Al was personally recommended to my daughter and it occurred to me that it might help in the future when my affairs have to be finalised that Al was aware of my financial situation as well as my daughters.

How has Al Spall helped you?

Al has made himself known to me and has explained matters very clearly. He is also at the end of a phone should I need some extra advice.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The meeting next week will be the first we have had to look at any new arrangements he has made to review the outcome of those changes

What could they have done better?

I have no great knowledge of the movement in the stock exchange and the regulations in any investments I might have. I am glad to be able to refer to Al who has a greater knowledge than me. Any advancements he makes for me will be better than I could do for myself.

We were looking to invest money.
