What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

Claire and I were part of the same career shift coach. When she mentioned that she was training as a financial coach, I jumped at the chance to work with her, as financial coaching was something that I had been interested in for a while.

How has Claire Tibble helped you?

Claire has given me lots of helpful advice and has allowed me to see that I don't need to be scared about money. I have been financially anxious for a long time, and Claire has helped me to see that I don't need to continue in this way. A huge thank you, Claire!

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It's an ongoing process, but I'm definitely seeing results already. I've finally leapt into action after avoiding doing anything finance-related for a long time, and I'm glad I've started to get my finances in hand (and worry less about them!).

What could they have done better?

I really like the way that Claire works. She gives really good advice in a helpful, clear way, and even when I had a massive panic about my outgoings, she was calm and reassuring, which was just what I needed.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

Due to some changes in my income and the desire to save for a deposit.

How has Claire Tibble helped you?

Claire helped me by providing information in a clear and accessible way. Claire discussed options and provided information that really helped me to understand how I can realistically reach my financial goals and have financial security in the future. Being neurodivergent, I have always found financial information really difficult to understand but Claire was able to explain things in a clear way that has left me feeling more in control of finances than I have ever done before. I would highly recommend financial coaching because of this experience.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely! I now have a clear plan, goals and I'm saving more too.

What could they have done better?

I really can't identify anything as the coaching has exceeded my expectations.

Claire was very concise and clear in everything she was explaining to me. She outlined the service and how it would benefit me. A very unlucky recommendation to the Yolk app (they are closing) but I am sure it's just bad timing.
