Then there may be a charge which, depending on your circumstances, will typically be £299 on receipt of an approved mortgage offer. Our Fee is discounted to £199 for Armed Forces & Blue Light Card Holders. For remortgages, If best advice is to switch rates with your existing lender then we charge no fee at all. Your home/property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
