We have a FEE-FREE option as well as a fee based services. On our fees free service, the cost is usually, in a nutshell, nothing! Our fees are paid by a lender, in return for the time and work that we have saved them in processing your mortgage. On some rare occasions, usually where you need a very small mortgage, our fees may not be covered completely, in which case you would need to pay us the difference when your new mortgage completes. You will be given precise details of the amount, if this is the case, before you commit to anything. For more complex cases, if we do need to charge a fee, we will explain it clearly to you before we undertake any chargeable work. Our fee is capped at £495. We may also be paid a fee by the lender.
