Having been through a few processes with Stefan I knew what was needed. We worked through a long drawn out remortgage process due tl structural issues in the property, throughout which stefan was always positive and accurate with his information. He stuck by and kept cracking away at finding the best deal possible in the circumstances.

Stefan found multiple good deals, re assessed all the information provided very quickly and also was top notch on communication. When I had to get things done in a short time frame Stefan was clear and helped by arranging as much as he could. Goong out of his way to call lenders, underwriters, valuation teams etc all to ensure they were doing things urgently. Yes found good deals for the properties, the first two on 2 year fixes , the second 2 on 5 year fixes ( my choice after discussion with Stefan). In last year has helped to remortgage the 2 year deals which was not easy given rising interest rates. However Stefan found good deals ( in currrent market) and managed to extend offer beyond 3 months ( as per mortgage offer) to avoid me having to pay early repayment charges on the existing mortgages. This was difficult but Stefan peservered and managed to secure the deals
