What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

we were in the market for a new build and had no clue where to start, a friend told us about Gary and that his input was invaluable to them so we decided to talk to Gary. He explained the entire process front to back and inside out so it was crystal clear to us both.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

and more, we had discussions in the early stages and found out we could comfortably afford the next house up, moving from a 2-bed semi to a 3-bed detached. We now have a beautiful house thanks to Gary and his team.

How has Gary Boakes helped you?

I was always under the impression that I could never afford to buy and I would be a life renter. Gary explained everything to me and made me see that it is possible to buy. I went from asking the question to moving into a new build in a matter of months.

What could they have done better?

Gary went over and above, helping us understand and communicate with our developer solicitor and our own solicitors. I cant see how Gary could have done any better for us.

He is excellent adviser. He knows exactly what is needed by the lender and does precise application and hence easy to interact with. He is always available, if not on phone then on whatsApp, but answers all the queries same day.

Yes, I am very much happy and satisfied with his work

What could they have done better?

In my opinion he did his best and got the desired result. I am very much happy and can refer anyone to him without hesitation.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

First time buyers looking for a mortgage and didn't want to deal with the whole process ourselves

How has Gary Boakes helped you?

Gary walked us through the process and handled a huge amount of the admin during a difficult time for housebuying during Covid, which involved us having to go through multiple mortgage applications and dealing with significant delays from the property development company.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, the whole process would have been a nightmare to handle ourselves and Gary kept us relatively relaxed throughout, dealing with issues as and when they arose in a quick manner. We were never left waiting and wondering what was going on with the purchase and he provided excellent support and advice throughout.

What could they have done better?

Nothing! I'd recommend Gary to anyone based on the support he provided throughout a long and tedious process.

I reserved a new build flat and I was looking for someone with experience to assist me in gaining a mortgage using the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme.

How has Gary Boakes helped you?

Gary was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me in found a mortgage with a good rate and suitable to my needs.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I have now received a mortgage offer after a very quick turnaround which has been really helpful to exchange contracts within a 6 week period.

What could they have done better?

Nothing comes to mind. Gary and his team communicated on a regular basis and were always very quick to respond to any queries. I had full confidence from the first meeting that he knew the end to end process well.
