Having quite a lot of equity in property, I wanted to take advantage of that in order to utilise the assets for further investments.

I was able to remortgage and invest in buy to let properties whilst being given useful advice through out the whole process. Staff were extremely freindly, efficientl and approachable.

Found me very competitive rate and sorted all paperwork including recommending solicitor to deal with all legalities. Whole process was smooth and communication good.

To mortgage and re-mortgage my portfolio of investment properties. The reason I went to Michael Usher is because my family have been using him for over 20 years.

Advised me on the best strategy to get the most out of my property portfolio, the best rates with the most appropriate lenders. I've always been informed on where I was in the process which takes the stress out of buying a property.

Yes, Michael Usher has never failed to get me a mortgage. I have also saved money on my mortgage rates from getting the best deals available to me - something that high street lenders cannot do.

What could they have done better?

I generally do not have any issues with the way I have been dealt with, probably the reason I have used Michael Usher for so long. In total he must have done over 25 mortgages/re-mortgages for me.

New Mortgage I've used other mortgage services in the past, but I cannot compare any of them to MUMS. People are very quick to talk about bad service or bad experience, but my experience with MUMS leaves me feeling compelled to talk about it. Its difficult to understand mortgage products but Michael and his team go out of their way to make you understand what you are getting and why you are getting it. The communication throughout the whole process is amazing because I am being chased for something which I want and need which feels great, with other people I've used its been the other way around. I thought MUMS stood for Michael Usher Magician Services because these guys are so good at what they do. I would recommend this company to everyone, as I already do, and will always continue to do. Thanks again guys.
