What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were looking to move up the housing ladder but our situation was complicated by the fact my wife had given up work after the birth of our first child and I had gone self employed and only had one year's accounts at the time.

How has Mike Parker helped you?

Mike was great, he researched the whole market, narrowing down the search and then finding a lender who would apply a common sense approach to lending. Despite only having one years accounts the lender he found was able to offer us the loan we needed and at a very competitive rate

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely - we couldn't be happier in our new home and we have Mike to thank for this as if we had been unable to proceed at that time we would have lost our dream house. We wouldn't go anywhere else for mortgage advice now. In fact Mike has subsequently helped us in a recent purchase of a BTL property and we will be back to him on both properties to remortgage in the future.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking to remortgage my home and had issues with having started my own business less than 2 years prior.

How has Mike Parker helped you?

Mike was great, from the first time we talked and went through my options i knew i had chosen the right company. Mike was great and honest with what my options where and where the previous Mortgage advisor gave me no hope unless i went for an extortionate mortgage offer Mike was quite the opposite. He showed me many offers, explained them all and actually made me slow down whilst he combed the market for an even better deal, which he found! I ended up with a mortgage deal better than expected. I really couldn't thank Mike and his team enough!.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Without doubt! to go the extra mile for his clients seems to be the norm with Mike.. who else says give them a day or 2 more to find more attractive deals and then actually finds them!! I felt i was in the safest of hands and that meant i didnt have to worry about things as much as i have in the past.

What could they have done better?

I am honestly sat here thinking what could Mike have done better and i really cant think of anything at all. I really was blown away and more than happy with the service i got. Even the company we got the mortgage through were awesome and Mike warned us of all the likely hoops to jump through too so there was no surprises whatsoever!

Following Mike Parkers advice in my mortgage application the outcome exceeded my expectations not only did Mike Parker managed to find me a mortgage with my credit history Mike Parker found one from a leading high street lender at a very favourable rate . I am very happy indeed with the outcome.

I am trying to find some kind regards suggestions that Mike Parker and his brilliant team could have done better. But I can not think of any.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Changing Financial situations due to a bit of overspending, retirement of myself and wife and family circumstances.

How has Mike Parker helped you?

On several occasions I contacted Mike Parker over the past few years to seek remortgages for myself, wife and brother. Also first time mortgage for my daughter who wished to buy her own home near to us. Mike provided good solutions for us on several occasions.

Mike was fantastic. He went through all the options and found us a great deal. He saw the whole transaction through from start to finish. He was always in contact with us and keeping us up to date on progress.

We were looking for a new mortgage and could not obtain this from main stream high street lenders. I went to comparison website and AMW were identified as a company who may be able to help find a suitable lender.

Mike, was fantastic due to our personal circumstances it was difficult to get a mortgage agreed in principle. Mike, persevered and never gave up on our behalf. I was looking to re-mortgage my house in order to raise some funds so that I can pay off my credit cards, but no-one wants to help me! I got Mike's details when I was searching my credit report from Experian.

I wanted a hassle free experience and someone that could give me advise and guidance.

High street lender accepted and declined our application for a mortgage. Mike decided not to give up and he put together an appeal, I did not hold much hope that it would yield desired result, however , Mike's experience and persistence allowed us to buy our dream house ! What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were looking to re-negotiate our mortgage and, having researched it ourselves previously, decided to use an adviser to see if we could get a better deal.

How has Mike Parker helped you?

Mike found us a great fixed deal at a great price and far cheaper than we could find ourselves and with a reputable lender. We have since used him on four other occasions for buy-to-let properties and each time the service and advice has been exemplary. We are just about to re-negotiate on a couple of our borrowings and will use Mike to find us the best deal.

Most definitely. Without Mike I don't think we would be on the deals we are currently on.
