Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I am an Independent Mortgage and Protection Advisor with White Rose Finance, I have been in the Industry now for coming up to 20 years. Although my head office is based in Leeds, I do take enquiries on a national level online or over the phone and have customers as far up as Newcastle and down south in London. I can also accommodate Face to Face visits in the Peterborough and Leeds area. I have worked for different organisations over the past 20 years and because of this I have picked up valuable knowledge in the Financial Services Industry and I'm always fully up to date on the different changes taking place in the mortgage market. As an independent advisor this means that I have access to a wide range of mortgages across the market place, enabling me to advise and recommend a suitable mortgage for the majority of my clients. I have been able to place mortgages for clients who may have had issues with their credit or clients who may have a low income or may find it difficult to evidence all their income with them being self employed. I have also been able to price match many of the products that the banks and building societies offer their own customers. I will always look to help my clients in anyway I can and I have a 'can do' attitude. Should I not be in a position to offer the most competitive finance or If I am unable to place an application I will always come back to you with a full update and advice on how we can get an application placed in the future, rather then just the standard 'No' without any form of explanation.
