I need to buy a property and I want an adviser other than the usual adviser that estate agent provided to me,

How has Charlie Wade helped you?

The first time I have approached him is for a buy-to-let property and the interest rate was starting going up. When the purchase procedure going on (which had some issue so the procedure prolong than usual), he kept me updated regularly about the rate so I could make a correct decision. Second time I approved him is for my own property. He responded so quick since he already had all my detail in the file he helped me a lot to get the seller more confident on our ability to purchase a property. Last but not least, he helped us to apply the mortgage. We got the offer from the bank super quick without any issue.
