Julie drew up a plan to find the best supplier for a lifetime mortgage at the most competitive rates and followed up with all the necessary paperwork and documentation required, She also arranged an appointment with a solicitor and continued to work with us to get every thing completed .

Julie not only thoroughly explored every avenue but also kept me informed - in clear, plain English - at every twist and turn of what became a long and tortuous road. She was always well informed as well as human and compassionate. I felt I had someone utterly competent, trustworthy and reliable in my corner.

Absolutely. When it looked as though the plan was going to fall through at the last minute, Julie stepped in and rescued it. Even the lawyers involved had given up at that point. Given the sharp rise in interest rates that occurred within weeks of Julie helping us to secure the deal, my wife and I could well be looking at homelessness by now.

Having just retired, I needed a top up mortgage to add to our savings to secure the house that we wanted to purchase. I requested advice on life time (equity release) options.

How has Julie Woodgates helped you?

Julie clearly explained the implications of life time mortgages and went through a variety of options. We settled on a package that was most suitable for us and Julie brokered the mortgage for us and remained in regular contact until the funds were transferred. Julie successfully organised and extension to the loan period due to delays in the house conveyancing process and was invaluable in communicating with the different interested parties to ensure the transfer of funds came through within deadlines. Her constant and dedicated support throughout the process was most appreciated.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I needed to arrange a mortgage , life insurance and home insurances

How has Julie Woodgates helped you?

Julie was very efficient and found me a great deal even when we encountered problems. Julie was absolutely amazing and I couldn't have done it without her. Attention to detail and speed of service was second to none. The communication and efficiency made me relaxed and had no concern.

Needed to bolster my savings to cover some up and coming expenses, but also leave me something in reserve to cover and surprise items.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My fixed mortgage had expired and I was in a more expensive variable rate. As I had just started a new job and had other things going on I simply had little time to put towards the research required.

How has Julie Woodgates helped you?

Julie completely took the problem away for me and did all the research about my existing mortgage situation (I had a complicated government scheme in place) and fed back her findings in a way that I could easily understand. I couldn’t recommend Julie enough for her efforts.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, all the different options were explored and I have ended up which is the best option for me and my future plans.

What could they have done better?

I honestly do not believe my requests could of been handled any better. I had a great experience dealing with Julie.
