What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I decided to release some equity in my home and although I understood the basics of equity release mortgages I really wanted to discuss in more detail.
How has Mark Mackin helped you?
Mark explained the way these mortgages work in a completely calm and professional. He calmed any slight fears I held and allowed me to move ahead confidently.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes I have completed the application and just await the final steps.
What could they have done better?
Nothing, the whole process has been timely and very easy. I feel completely at ease with my decisions that Mark has helped me arrive at.

We were recommended Mark by our Mortgage Advisor as we were looking for some life insurance. We've come back to him subsequently as we were looking for some whole life cover.

He found suitable life and critical illness cover and then more recently suitable whole life cover.
