What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were buying our first house and didn’t know where to begin looking.

How has Tony Flynn helped you?

This is the second time Tony and his team have sorted out or mortgage situation. We can’t thank him enough for all the help he gave us especially when the market was terribly volatile, Tony managed to keep us informed about what was going on and advised us on our next move. There’s no other mortgage advisors I’d go to since dealing with Tony Flynn Mortgages.

Absolutely first class service from Tony! I was recommended to try Tony by a work colleague. I didn't really think he'd be able to help me because of my age being 58. I've had a decent credit history but other places were turning me down. They would make an offer but the term was so short that I couldn't afford the repayments. So I had given up until the day I called Tony. Even though I was going through a complicated divorce, which meant delay after delay for months and months, Tony patiently stood by me. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even making calls to me outside office hours when he was at home with his young family. Now the mortgage is ready and I'm getting the home I want, all thanks to him. Thoroughly recommended, first class service, above and beyond!

Honestly don't know where to start..... The help Tony and Katie have given us right from the get go has been absolutely amazing. I first got in touch with Tony around 2 years ago looking for some advice. Not only did I get the advice I was looking for but they practically walked us through the whole process from start to finish. They kept in touch and checked in regularly throughout until we were ready to start the application process and got our mortgage offer in place. Tony also sorted out insurances and solicitors and made the whole process easy. Some people may only see the end product but don't realise how much effort they put in behind the scenes. I can't thank them enough and would urge anyone who is even just thinking about a mortgage to get in contact with Tony as he will walk you through the whole process from start to finish and put your mind at ease every step of the way. Nothing was ever a hassle and he and his wife Katie were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns no matter how big or small they were. Tony walked us through every step of the way and could not have explained the process, mortgage options or insurance in any better detail. Just from our first conversation, we knew we were in safe hands with Tony!

We are due to move into our home in a few weeks, with the majority of it being down to Tony. After our initial mortgage offer had expired, Tony was able to update our offer to a new Eco-friendly mortgage, saving us around £140 a month! Outstanding service by Tony and the team! When our mortgage is up for renewal in 2 years Tony will be our first choice everytime!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Firstly my existing broker was looking at my remortgage. However I was being messed around. They were not returning phone calls and lowt documents. Tony arranged my brothers mortgage and he was the logical next choice

How has Tony Flynn helped you?

I have used Tony on two occasions now. Firstly for my remortgage and recently for the purchase of a new family home. I could not recommend Tony highly enough. I have used other brokers in the past who have been very difficult to deal with. Tony has always been at hand to answer any questions and provide sound advice. He has also re-worked my life cover to provide a more appropriate level of cover which was also a very easy process. When it comes time to remortgage Tony will be my first choice!

Tony kept with me for what was unexpectedly, a longer than anticipated home finding process, thanks to the booming housing market where house prices were going considerably over their report values and with the FHF scheme being withdrawn twice in the space of 7 months. Although I already had a good understanding of finance and had done my mortgage research. It was actually one of Tony's tips on the searching for a property which helped me find one which I would finally have an offer accepted on. We were looking to buy our first home

To start with, we just wanted to get an idea with where we were at with regards to having a deposit and getting a mortgage. Tony was able to get an agreement in principal for us straight away. When we paid our reservation deposit on a new build, Tony was able to get our mortgage offer, First Home Fund application and insurance all sorted very quickly. We were kept up to date through everything and he was always helpful whenever we had questions.
