As a first-time buyer I initially looked for a mortgage adviser to help me understand the buying process and what I could realistically afford. Later on when I decided to buy another property due to relocating from Kent to North Yorkshire, I wanted professional guidance to ensure I was making the right decisions financially and to help navigate the change in circumstances, property values,and mortgage options available to me.
How has Lukasz Zurek helped you?
Lukasz addressed all of my concerns, selected the best available mortgage offer for my circumstances and answered all of my questions — even outside of normal working hours. Lukasz made the entire process straightforward, stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. When issues arose with the bank just before exchange of contracts, Lukasz went the extra mile to ensure everything stayed on track and was completed in time, he truly went above and beyond my expectations.

Yes, I’ve seen exactly the outcome I was hoping for. The mortgage was successfully secured on the right terms, the process ran smoothly despite a few challenges Everything was completed in time, making the entire experience stress-free.
