What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was looking to re-mortgage and take out critical illness cover.
How has Adrian Stanton helped you?
He gave me advice on what options were available to me and supported me through the whole process. Be assisted me with completion of forms, and with sending relevant documentation to my solicitors and bank. He kept in contact throughout the process and called to the house to pick up any documents that needed to be sent to third parties. He did it all for me!!.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes I have now successfully remortgaged and have an excellent policy for me and my children for critical illness.
What could they have done better?
I was very impressed with the service and don't feel I have and constructive suggestions to offer.
