Understanding constructive criticism is useful, I can't think of any point or time where I was dissatisfied or where I think Geraldine can improve. I was looking to arrange Life Insurance and Critical Illness cover and did not really know where to start.

My fixed term had ended on my mortgage and when originally taken out it consisted of a mortgage plus unsecured loan, I also had a load for home improvements. I wanted to consolidate all three of these into one mortgage and reduce my monthly payments.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking to remortgage and didn't have the time whilst working full time to look for a lender myself.

Was unhappy with the service provided by my bank, very narrow minded and judgemental, Found Geraldine and the services she supplied were a breath of fresh air she gave me advice on a whole range of products from all lenders. And insured we got a product which best suited my needs. 5 star.

She sorted out two mortgages for me moved my present mortgage to a buy to let and release capital to allow me to buy a new home, she sorted home insurance and life and critical illness cover for my wife and I.
