We were referred to Ozzy to assist with obtaining a mortgage. We approached Ozzy after we were unable to continue the process with another mortgage adviser.

How has Ozzy Emin helped you?

Ozzy listened to our situation and was happy and willing to assist, and he was able to obtain an approval for us very quickly. Unfortunately, we did not end up buying that particular house; once we located another house Ozzy helped to make arrangements to cancel the old mortgage and re-apply for a new one. Overall, Ozzy was understanding and patient in explaining the whole process, especially for me being a first-time buyer. He was also very accessible to answer questions, either by phone or email.

We were successful in getting the mortgage and we were very pleased that it all came through in time, as we were under time constraints. I must also say that Heather in Ozzy's team was absolutely fantastic. She did all that she could to ensure that we had our mortgage in time to complete by the deadline.

Shown more evidence of the mortgage I was taken out. I had verbal confirmation that a 25 year mortgage was being taken out but it's nice to have written confirmation of the term and the amount of repayments as early on in the process as possible. It felt like I got this information last minute and getting it early would of relieved stress and helped with concerns wether I was getting what i had wished for.

We were messed around by a high street bank, who gave very poor service related to our mortgage application. We turned to an advisor also due to time restrictions.

Visited us at home and reviewed our requirements. He was very quickly able to highlight options that suited us and advised us on relevant terms. We selected one mortgage and focused on this. The application process was assisted by Ozzy throughout and went smoothly.
