I honestly can't think of anything he could have done better, he is the best one I have come across to date, he always has time for you no matter when you call him. Keith is very knowledgeable on this issue and he got me the best deal possible and even when I was away on holiday he continued to monitor my application and kept me updated. I will certainly recommend him to anyone i know that is looking for a mortgage.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

After researching various mortgages it was hard to decide which deal was best and who would accept our application as we were 'Right to buy' applicants. I decided it would be easier and less time consuming to employ a mortgage advisor.

I am deligthed with the service that Keith has provided after asking him to help fine me a mortgage for my recent property purchase. I wanted a better rate on my mortgage but had not been able to achieve this.

Keith found us a great deal with free legals and value with no extended tie iin and a 1.99 rate and sorted us to repayment as well. He got us a great price of term assurance and saved us 20 pounds per month on buildings and contents insurance durance they helped us every step of the way would recommend them.

Was changing from a normal mortgage buy to let mortgage.

He explained all possible choices and all companies and charges that went with them. Even after my many telephone calls nothing was too much trouble for him.

Looking for mortgage and insurance. Wanted reliable and someone who put our needs above all else.

Have nothing negative to say about this company. They go out of their way to provide an excellent service. They are approachable, polite and work hard to provide information to obtain the best deal for the customer. Would, have and do recommend them to friends and family who are also very happy with the service provided. I would not consider going elsewhere as Keith endeavours to be available and will go the extra mile for you.

Moving house - using a mortgage broker takes a lot of the strain away!.
