I needed advice on suitable mortgage products.

Trupti Edwards understood very quickly my financial needs with regards to obtaining a re-mortgage. She explained to me very efficiently and succinctly the processes involved and the pros and cons of different products. She was particularly good at explaining why so much information was necessary to be provided to Lenders and was helpful in guiding me through what I needed to do to provide that informations.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am very happy with the outcome. Trupti Edwards was able to increase my Lender's original offer to suit my needs with thoughtful and very accurate advice as to how best to present my case for a re-mortgage.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We originally applied direct to HSBC who during the initial meeting provided us with an agreement in principal. However, HSBC were unable to help us fully due to our self employment and income so we needed an advisor that was fully aware of all lending criteria.

How has Trupti Edwards helped you?

She was able to quickly and efficiently ascertain our requirements and matched those requirements with the lender that best suited our needs.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we received an offer of advance within 3 weeks which we thought was amazing due to our circumstances.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were struggling to obtain a mortgage on the property due to it being a former residential home. I required a specialist mortgage.

How has Trupti Edwards helped you?

Trupti arranged a meeting with me face to face to discuss my circumstances. Trupti made sure she had all the information before searching for mortgage for our purchase. Once a lender had been found Trupti went through everything very throughly to make sure we had the right mortgage. Throughout the whole process she was extremely helpful and often worked late on our case.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

After various issues with the lender and some planning problems we have achieved what we wanted. Without Trupti we would wouldn’t of achieved this.

What could they have done better?

Nothing at all. Trupti was extremely helpful and worked extremely hard on our case.

Trupti has excellent communication skills and not only did she find me the most suitable mortgage for my needs but she also held my hand through the whole process of buying my first house. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a mortgage.

Yes. The conveyancing process took a lot longer than I had hoped but Trupti dealt with this appropriately and escalated matters when necessary.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were moving house but hadn't sold our existing home so needed to remortgage to a buy to let and also find a new mortgage for our onward purchase.

I contacted Trupti Edwards as I saw her excellent reviews. Immediately after discussing my complicated situation with her I felt at ease and confident I had made the correct choice. Her communication and advice was always exceptional. Often liasing with me out of usual working hours at short notice to discuss the various options available. Trupti was willing to put her own time in to get the perfect deal. She was able to secure unique and competitive rates. To complete my purchase I required a complex mortgage package which all needed to be tied up to a short deadline. I appreciated her professionalism but most of all the fact that she genuinely cares about her clients always putting their needs first.

We needed a Limited Company Buy to Let mortgage.

In our dealings with Trupti we found her to be the pinnacle of professionalism; her knowledge of the financial world is all encompassing and current. However; far more important to my partner and I is her care and attention to us as individuals; we were never treated as `just another client’. Too often in business when making a telephone call to service providers we are forced to wait hours/days for a response. In every single case when dealing with Trupti she returned calls/emails immediately and after finding information for us, we regularly awoke in the morning to find an email which she had sent to us late at night. Quite simply, we were made to feel that our custom was important and that she would deliver a service that delivered the outcome we sought; we have complete faith in her and will without doubt continue to utilise her services going forward.

Our fixed three year mortgage deal on our home was coming to an end so decided it was time to remortgage.

She was brilliant, she helped us find the best deal possible for us and helped us throughout the whole process, offering advice whenever we needed it.

Definitely. Our financial situation had become quite difficult and things for us are now much more manageable.

1. Yes / No - sometimes you need to rethink your goal and objectives - Trupti helped to rethink what was needed and required with options available on the market. 2. What could they have done better?

I wish all Financial adviser had a standard compression sheet or quote document. This where I can compare quotes from various cooperate companies, medium sized firms and individual financial advisers against each other to understand what they are precisely offering vs price range.

In one word ..excellent.. I had a difficult situation which was complicated by the fact I wanted two mortgages. Trupti managed to get both of them approved despite the lender playing hard ball on one of them. I had been rejected by my local Bank for a mortgage due to an historical financial problem I had in the past and due to my age.

The service I received was faultless, they really took the time to get to know me and understand my goals and aspirations. I was under considerable pressure from my estate agents to complete as quickly as possible and it was great to have someone who was so proactive and willing to liaise with all parties including solicitors, estate agents and the mortgage company to keep things moving.
