We initially contacted Aaron due to one buyer having adverse credit.

Aaron was so helpful with our mortgage application as first time buyers, he ensured we understood what we were signing up to and all of the terminology/processes. Including ensuring we understood what happens nearing remortgage time. He got us a mortgage when we didn't think we would be able to due to being in new jobs. He also ensured he got us the best deal and we ended up getting cash back from our lender - Bonus! He definitely made me feel like no question was a silly question and was fast at responding to any queries I had, right up until completion! Would not hesitate to recommend! Thank you Aaron, will definitely be coming back to you when we come to remortgage!

Aaron guided us through the mortgage renewal process. Provided the best possible deal options for our current status and financial circumstances. Dealt with the mortgage lender directly on our behalf, and secured a new 5-year deal at exactly the right time, avoiding all the recent rate increases.

Yes, we are very pleased to secure a new 5-year mortgage deal, at a reasonable rate, considering the recent interest rate activity, and a monthly payment that is very close to our previous deal.

We have used Aaron’s services twice now, the first being a process that fell through because of us changing our minds and the second going through to completion. To call Aaron a broker would be unfair to the advice, support and guidance he provided us as clueless first time buyers. He was always willing to chat, even at obscure hours if that was what suited us. Not once did he apply any pressure on us to proceed with any of the products he could provide, and he was always open and honest about everything. We were nervous throughout the process, especially with rates jumping up so much after we would had secured our offer but Aaron was always a great sounding board who put us at ease. We would seriously recommend Aaron, we already have to family and friends and we will certainly continue to use Aaron in the future. Aaron, thank you for all the support you provided, there were brokers who wanted upfront fees that could not match the product offerings you could provide.

Due to the increase of house sales and volatile markets, we were unsure which provider was offering the best deals for mortgages. We wanted to speak to an expert who could give us guidance and reassurance.

How has Aaron Faulkner helped you?

Aaron provided us with several different options to look at for mortgages and payment options. Having bought a new build property which wouldn't be completed for 6+ months, Aaron helped secure an agreement which would last over the time scale we had and made the purchasing run smoothly with no problems along the way.

Yes. The mortgage was approved and we were able to purchase our house within the time frame given. Aaron was there every step of the way answering and questions we had.

What could they have done better?

Potentially right at the start when looking at different mortgages, maybe sent through the different options on a spreadsheet so we could see them a little clearer. The original conversations were on Skype and it was quite hard to see! Not a fault of Aarons at all.
