What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We needed a mortgage to buy a property.

How has Erin Rigault helped you?

She helped us to find a mortgage and mortgage protection.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The outcome that we achieved with Erin’s help was better than what we could have hoped or expected, as her knowledge exceeded ours by far, which meant that she could get us a better mortgage at better rates than we would have been able to. She also helped us with affordable mortgage protection insurance. We would have probably put the head into the sand and ignored the need for this, but she would breach this very important topic and we managed to get some very good cover within our means. She renewed our mortgage twice to secure us better rates, which meant changing provider once. However, this did not cause us any extra work. Erin’s service even included chasing the repayment of the original mortgage deposit after the change. Her digital setup is also excellent. All documents can be uploaded easily and it was very clear what we needed to provide and when. Last not least her Zoom meetings were extremely pleasant and helpful. Erin is just the loveliest person and at the same time systematical and knowledgeable and with a great skill to explain things well and in a way that one can understand.

Unbelievably well. Erin, Tara and Jenna assisted us with sorting our existing mortgage transfer to the new property in an incredibly difficult time in the housing market, i genuinely can't speak highly enough about their care, diligence and professionalism helping us and they dealt with mortgage companies and lawyers who have no care for their clients. Erin, Tara and Jenna gave us total piece of mind and did everything and a lot more to help us.

The issues were not any of Erin, Tara or Jenna's making. In fact they helped us so much when the solicitors and banks were doing all they could to scupper the sale and purchase. We're so grateful to them, they took the worry away

We decided to buy a flat and we needed an advice about how to get on a property ladder and take our first mortgage.

How has Erin Rigault helped you?

First we were in contact with Erin during the time when we were looking for a suitable property (took cca a year) when she was very clear which documents we will need to provide and then they were regularly updated. Once we found a property she walked us through the process of getting mortgage and she advised us on the most suitable life insurance provider and product for us. Erin and Jenna made sure that we had all documents necessary ready on time. At the end the whole process of buying a property for us was relatively smooth with some delay on the other (seller's) side".
