I bought a Taylor Wimpy newbuild,and we were advised to go through their mortgage advisors,and let them sort everything for us,in short,they were useless,a friend of mine recommended Stephen dransfield,he was excellent,did more for us in 2 days than Taylor Wimpy did in 2 months!.

We are first time buyers and didn't have the first idea of what steps we needed to take in order to purchase a house with a mortgage.

How has Stephen Dransfield helped you?

Stephen knew exactly what we needed to do in order to arrange our mortgage, he explained everything we needed to know clearly and made sure we always knew what was going on. We were kept up to date with the process of applying for our mortgage and everything else after. I feel the whole process was made much easier, than if we had been doing it alone! As first time buyers we had no idea of what we were doing but Stephen made sure we found the best possible mortgage, that was right for us. He helped us not only with the mortgage but also setting up all the insurances we required, again he went through everything we needed to know in order to arrange the right levels of insurance for our requirements.

Stephen was a fantastic help. He really pulled out all the stops and explained every step along the way to helping me obtain my mortgage. He as at the end of the phone whenever needed, and was always great at calling back if I left a message, and for keeping me up to date along the way. He really made sure he knew exactly what I was after and gave me first class advise to help me get it.

Absolutely!! There is no way I would have been able to get anywhere near the same outcome on my own, and I feel Stephen's level of assistance meant I got the best deal I possibly could have - even if I had gone with anyone else. I'd highly recommend Stephen to help you get your mortgage!!.

Stephen is an absolute legend and really goes out of his way to help you. His fees are extremely fair when you consider the amount of work he does on your behalf and the time he takes to understand what you are wanting. Fixed rate mortgage was coming to an end therefore we wanted to see if we could get a 'better deal' on our mortgage. We also wanted to increase the level of critical illness therefore wanted the help of a professional.

Steve provided us with all the options available, then went through each option thoroughly to suit our financial situation and position. The most important thing to us was to make sure that we had the required cover that was within our financial budget.
