I have been in financial services since my early 20's, which is a long time! I have witnessed an incredible number of changes over this time, most of which have been positive. But the one thing that is constant, is the wonderful feeling I get inside when I have helped a customer. I know that sounds a bit cringy but it is true. I am also a proud member of both the Personal Finance Society and the Equity Release Council. Whether it's Equity Release or general Mortgage Advice such as helping clients move to their dream home or invest in property, doing the right thing for the customer is key, which is why nearly 100% of our business comes from either returning clients or client referrals. When I'm not working I like to spend time with my family and playing tennis, although it is killing my back!
