What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I have used Paul on several occasions for residential and buy to let mortgages.

Looking for a mortgage.

How has Paul Ridgeway helped you?

I was advised on what my various options were and given detailed examples. I then submitted my information as requested and was given more detailed information on what was available to me. He fully understood our requirements and the communication was very honest and easy to understand. They basically then took control of the mortgage application (I had done so before myself before being introduced to AMW and it was very stressful) and saw it through until successful completion. It really was a brilliant stress free service.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we got our dream home + will be going back to AMW about re-mortgaging when our current deal expires - and they themselves have already been in touch about this - another excellent part of the service.

What could they have done better?

Nothing - they take the complete stress out of the mortgage application - telling you what you can and cannot get - advising you of all the options - then taking control....and payment is only on successful completion. We cannot recommend their service high enough - no more brokers/direct applications ever! Paul in particular was super professional and helpful - and there was excellent communication through out!
