Myself and my partner were looking to buy our first house and we were recommended Daniel by a friend who had recently used him

Daniel helped us by making it so that we didn’t have to go to multiple different mortgage providers for appointments by being able to check all providers after taking our information which saved us a lot of time and stress, he helped set up our insurances we needed once we had bought the house and he also recommended a trusted solicitors he had had clients use in the past. On top of this any questions we had about anything to do with buying the house we could easily send him an email and he would respond promptly.

We came back to Dan as he was so professional at finding a mortgage in difficult circumstances 5 years ago, and we again needed his expert knowledge to purchase another property.

How has Daniel White helped you?

After a complicated divorce my new partner and I needed to buy a property together, after finding our dream home we had an agonising 10 month list of obstacles to overcome. We have to say that Dan and his team were there EVERY STEP of the way! Dan went above and beyond what is expected of an advisor, even accepting calls while waiting for his son at football! We had to change lenders and he took us through every option and genuinely wanted the best for us. Really cannot recommend him enough. The whole team Helen, and Kate also deserve some recognition. I needed a new mortgage deal. This was a complicated situation, due to the break-up of a relationship with the property's co-owner. I was buying her out of her half of the house. Further complications were added by a sudden rise in interest rates.

Many years ago daniel found us our very first mortgage after we were having debt problems, he helped us find a way to consolidate our debt and keep on top of our finances. After many years we have recently sold our home and successfully bought a bigger home as our family has grown, daniel has been a great help and we couldn’t of done it without him, with his financial advice and how to save to afford our bigger dream home which we have accomplished thanks to Dan! Dan helped us find a really good mortgage deal initially which suited our circumstances. He then recently dealt with our re-mortgage which we were really pleased with as, yet again, he found us a really good deal and was proactive in getting this sorted in good time well before our fixed term ended. Dan then also took a look at our life insurance and income protection policies (put on risk by another advisor previously) and found that they were no longer suitable for our circumstances. Dan found us much better policies for a similar premium.

He's always got me the best deal possible and clearly explains all my options taking away so much stress in the process. On this occasion Dan trawled through the whole of the market and advised on what would be the best fit based on our circumstances.
