Charles' strength in mortgage advising is derived from 15 years working over many facets of both the property and finance sectors. This has installed him with a practical knowledge of the common pitfalls and holdups in the mortgage application process and, importantly, how to combat them. Coupled with a professional network which spans across providers, underwriters and solicitors he will pursue a client's application from start to finish leaving them to get on with life!
