We needed to make a complicated purchase involving releasing equity from our current home prior to sale in order to complete on new home. We had not navigated let to buy mortgages before and the quote we had received from the state agent affiliated advisor had been both high in fees and high in monthly payments. Ronan had been recommended to us by friends so we gave him a call.

Ronan was great, he advised us about all our options including really good timely advice about the potential impact of Brexit on mortgage rates etc (so far he has been proved right!). He organised two mortgages for us and made the whole process seem relatively stress free. His advice and knowledge also helped us resolve an issue that arose with our solicitors. Ronan was transparent throughout, clear about his commissions and clear about alternative products we could potentially access.
