We had a fixed rate mortgage product which had come to an end. We also felt under insured from a life and CI perspective and had a couple of policies which weren't well structured for us. Over a period of a year, Cain advised us on a the most flexible temporary solution for our mortgage and kept us appraised of the market. When the time was right and we had clarity on our requirements, he found us a great deal to meet our complex requirements. On our life and CI products, he gave us a very pragmatic route to achieving the cover we needed, whilst managing our monthly premiums.

To be honest, I don't believe on this occasion there is anything he could have done better. He responded very quickly to calls / emails - that's one thing that can bug me when people don't, he never over promised and always kept me in the loop with what was happening.
